  Told me timing belt had snapped in my car and said that replacing it may fix it replaced the belt and it didnt work which is fair enough took the car back from automasters till i had enough to refurbish engine finally got enough and took it to engine recon and was told car was not put back together since leaving automasters and now my car engine is caked in rust because inside was exposed to air. Now im up for $5000+ fixes

  Thank you Auto Masters, you made everything so easy for me. My car's temperature was rising rapidly and it had just got to the red as I turned into Coolibah Drive. How lucky was I to make it to Auto Masters Greenwood. Customer service exceptional. I had a specialist appointment and was given a loan car which was fantastic. The problem was a split radiator which was fixed by 1pm the next day. I thought very reasonably priced as well. Very happy customer. Thank you.

  Worst experience! Took it for a service & they called and said I need new breaks, I told them there was nothing wrong with them &I they had already been replace a few months earlier then they told me they will sticker it so it's not road worthy. Pretty much gave me no option to even say no. Made me fork out over 500 dollars just before Christmas. Now my car has lots of problems since I took it to them.

  I have been using Auto masters Greenwood for many years. Always been pleased with the quality of service. I recently took a Holden Wagon there for a check over. The mechanic and Manager Grant gave the Holden the all clear after doing a vehicle inspection. It was well worth going to Auto masters Greenwood to get a report. The Holden runs great.

  Very friendly place. Offered alternatives when possible. When they replaced old parts with faulty ones (not their fault) they not only came up with proper remedy but also with vouchers against the next service.
